چکیده
Abstract A new precise, selective and reliable reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic (RP-HPLC) method has been developed validated for the determination of Methyl paraben sodium (MPS) Propyl (PPS) (preservatives) in Iron protein succinylate syrup. Optimized conditions were; Methanol: Water (65: 35) as mobile phase, UV/Vis detector at wavelength 254 nm flow rate was set 1.3 ml min −1 . By applying conditions, separation components carried out less than 7 both analytes. The according to International conference Harmonization (ICH) guidelines analytical characteristic parameters validation included specificity, limit detection (LOD), quantification, linearity, accuracy, precision robustness were evaluated. calibration curve found be linear range 0.045 mg mL 0.075 0.015 0.025 propyl with a correlation coefficient r 2 > 0.999. Accuracy; reported percentage recovery 98.71%–101.64% 99.85%–101.47% 80%, 100% 120% concentration proposed precise robust when evaluated by variations wavelength, composition, temperature analyst. (LOD) 0.001 (3 ppm) (1 sodium.
